Cloth bags contains herbal powder dipped in hot oil and massaged over the body, It is very effective in arthritis with or without inflammation, back pain, paralysis, joint and muscle pain, and long standing injuries of the muscles. Duration: 60 mins
Sand sacks pounding massage. Sand should be medium-big texture like river sand. Don’t apply oil before treatment. Fry sand first with rock salt to remove water. Kizhi can be bigger or smaller depending on person/body parts. If there is pain apply mild pressure. Apply only on joints not in the skin.
